Plans and Limitations

guiFW has a plan for every stage of your business, from getting to know filament winding to factories with several machines. This page explains what each plan includes and how the limits work. It is part of our Terms of Use.

1. Plan comparison

1.1 Special functions

Engineering features that solve the hardest points in tube and conical part production. Available from the Starter plan.

• Layer length staggering: varies the length of each layer progressively so that fibre reversals do not always fall at the same point. Result: homogeneous fibre distribution, with ends no thicker than the body of the part.
• Two-thickness staggering at the ends: creates a reinforced end zone on tubes and conical surfaces, with a staggered transition to the body thickness. Result: local reinforcement for joints, flanges and fixing areas, without wasting material on the rest of the part.
• Entry cycle management: controls how each layer starts, until the winding pattern is stable. Result: repeatable starts, less wasted fibre and less operator intervention.
• Constant free length tension control: keeps the fibre length between the pay-out eye and the mandrel constant throughout the movement. Result: uniform fibre tension, with more stable compaction and fibre content.

2. Special conditions

• Bought an Inventhors machine? You get 12 months of the Professional plan at no cost.
• Education and research: universities, technical schools and research institutes get 50% off any paid plan. Starter is free for teaching-only use. Eligibility is confirmed via an institutional email address.
• Payment in Brazil: fixed prices in reais, by boleto or PIX, with an invoice (nota fiscal) issued by Inventhors.

3. How the limits work

• Machines, mandrels and pay-out heads: the number of active records at the same time. You can edit or delete a record and create another in its place at no cost.
• Programs: the number of CNC programs saved in your account. Deleting a program frees up space.
• Geometries: the surface types for which your plan generates G-code.
• When you reach a limit, the system tells you and shows your options. Nothing is deleted.

4. Free trial

• Starter and Professional include 1 free month on your first subscription, with all plan features, including simulation.
• We notify you before the first charge. If you cancel during the trial, you pay nothing.
• If you do not subscribe at the end of the trial, your account moves to the Free plan without losing data.

5. Changing plans

• Upgrade: new features are unlocked as soon as payment is confirmed, and you only pay the pro-rata difference until the end of the cycle.
• Downgrade: takes effect from the next cycle. Records and programs above the new plan limit become read-only: you can still view and export them, but not edit them or generate new programs from them. If you upgrade again, everything is unlocked.
• Monthly to annual: you can switch at any time. The amount already paid for the month is deducted.

6. Payment, cancellation and refunds

• Payment methods: automatic subscription via PayPal (card or PayPal balance), or boleto and PIX with an invoice issued by Inventhors.
• Billing is in advance, monthly or annually. PayPal subscriptions renew automatically; for boleto and PIX we send the next charge before the due date. We notify you by email before an annual plan renews.
• You can cancel whenever you want, with no fee and no lock-in. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• You have 7 days to withdraw from your first subscription with a full refund.
• Annual plan: if you cancel after the 7 days, we refund the amount for the full months not yet used.
• If the Service is unavailable due to our fault for more than 24 consecutive hours, you receive a credit proportional to the downtime.
• Prices in reais are fixed and do not follow the exchange rate month by month. Price changes are announced 30 days in advance and never apply in the middle of a paid cycle.

7. Fair use on unlimited plans

"Unlimited" covers your company’s normal use, with no counting or extra charges. What is not allowed: reselling access, sharing the account with other companies, or using automation that overloads the system. In these cases we contact you to adjust the plan, always with prior notice and never with a surprise block.

8. Industry plan

For those who need more:

• multiple plants and machines under a single contract;
• a post-processor developed for your CNC control;
• on-premise installation, when your IT policy requires it;
• integration with Inventhors machines or other manufacturers’ machines;
• team training and an SLA with guaranteed response times.
